40 Years of Clinical Excellence in Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy
Navigating life transitions, inclusive of relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or ongoing struggles with anxiety and depression, requires a tailored structure and specialized care. I help my clients build practical tools and gain a deeper understanding of their personal framework so true healing can begin.
Developing effective treatment plans demands a wide breadth of clinical experience. Over 40 years of practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families from all walks of life. While I utilize evidence-based holistic modalities to support emotional, physical, and spiritual growth, my true specialty is building a trusted therapeutic relationship. Being ready to do the work is the first step, and finding a clinician to show you how creates a successful outcome.

Specialized Clinical Services

Using Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Family Systems, I help couples and families break out of paralysis, heal communication breakdowns, and manage crises (including addiction or chronic illness). Whether seeking reconnection or a healthy transition, we work to restore respect, active listening, and safety. Supported by research on evidence-based couples therapy outcomes, this direct framework yields lasting relational change.

Integrative support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss, self-esteem, and career growth. I incorporate CBT and lifestyle coaching (sleep, movement, and nervous system regulation) to move your mind and body out of fight-or-flight states. Backed by clinical studies on CBT for anxiety and mood regulation, our work focuses on measurable, sustainable emotional wellness.

Focused on sustainable recovery, boundary setting, and abstinence support, our approach aligns with SAMHSA clinical guidelines on family-involved recovery to treat the entire family ecosystem.

Grounded in APA evidence-based treatment guidelines for eating disorders, I help clients restore a healthy, harmonious relationship with food and their bodies.

Guiding young people through identity development, self-esteem, gender resolution, school challenges, and healthy relational boundaries. Incorporating CDC adolescent mental health guidance and outcomes, I provide a safe, structured space for adolescents to build resilience and navigate life transitions.

Targeted, actionable guidance for parents managing behavioral issues in children, as well as strategic career coaching for professionals building businesses or navigating executive transitions. Drawing on evidence-based systemic coaching frameworks, we identify obstacles, refine leadership skills, and implement practical strategies for long-term success.
Areas Of Speciality
Child/Adolescent
In my work with young people I help them learn who they are. I help them decide who they want to be and then come up with a plan on how to get there. Developing relationships, sexual identity, gender resolution, school problems, and taking care of the body are all part of this therapeutic journey.
Individuals
In my work with individuals I treat a vast array of concerns; addiction, partners and family members of people struggling with addictions ,eating disorders, weight issues, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, low self-esteem, characterological disorders, career building, relationship support and skill building, parenting support and skill building. I use a holistic approach to improving patients quality of life as well as their emotional and physical state.
Couples/Families
I have trained with Terrance Real since 2016 and incorporate RLT techniques into my practice. I also use family systems therapy, and interventions for families in crisis or who have a sick member of the family ( mental illness, addiction, physical illness). I help families learn to communicate in productive ways and develop methods to manage conflict and dysfunction. For couples whether the direction is union or separation I help couples get to what is healthiest, safest and move out of paralysis. Communicate in a safe private place where they can connect again and really listen to each other.
